If you have already scheduled an
orientation meeting with
Bonnie's Pet
Sitting, you may print these authorizations out and
follow the instructions on the bottom of each page so
they can be completed and returned when you meet. They do not have to be done ahead of
time, but it might be more convenient for you in your
preparation.
These are basically precautionary
forms in the event of emergencies. If the rare
event of an emergency, obviously YOU would be the main
source to be contacted first. If you were not
immediately available, other emergency numbers of
friends or family that you may have left on record with
Bonnie's Pet Sitting, would be
contacted. But these forms would save time and
explaining if an emergency ever were to
occur.
